As a journalist researching in the field of Internet applications I really admire the great job you have done so far. I did not expect my competitors (as a web site maintainer) to be from the field of medicine, however you proved to me that I still need many lessons to present a web site like yours. Please keep up the good work wishing the new SMIC -project and people - a very bright future.

Maintainer : Thank you Fayyez for your fine and encouraging words . For those who have not visited ( http://www.fayez.net/) , it is the right time . .

I like to compliment your great efforts in constructing this site. I am looking forward to a day when we all bring the medical community of our respected nation to the frontiers. We are quite thankful to Allah (swt) for his blessing on us that we achieved all this progress within a relatively short time. I am almost finishing my fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in the United States. I am also pursuing American Board certification in Sleep Medicine. This field is still in it's infancy in our country. I will be glad to help in building up Saudi forum in Sleep Medicine. Obstructive Sleep Apnea is the disease of this era with the growing number of obese people and it's well estabilished association with increased risk of coronary artery disease and stroke. It is, luckily, treatable disease (with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the form of nocturnal home CPAP or BIPAP machines).

This is a great effort that you have done. It needs alot of time and patience. Its design is great. It needs the contribution of every body to keep it running. I have a few suggestions: 1) To include the history of medicine and its frontiers (like Ibn seana). 2) To be a dual language (ie. to have the Arabic language in the site, also every one should submit an introduction or abstract in arabic for his article or idea). 3) to have the site in 2 parts, one for the general people to have medical instructions and general knowledge in Arabic, while the other part to be for the medical personnels accessed with passwords.

Dear viewers, if you have an Arabic browser you can read this quiz: ماذا يصف الشاعر في قصيدته هذه؟ و زائــرتي كأن بـها حيـاء فليس تـزور الا في الظـلام بذلت لها المطارح و الحشايا فعافتها و باتت في عظامي كأن الصـبح يطـردها فتجـري مدامعــها بأربعـة سـجام
